Despite its secluded atmosphere, the village is well connected by road and can be reached comfortably from major cities in North India.

By Road

Road travel is the most common way to reach Jibhi.

Typical route:

Delhi → Chandigarh → Bilaspur → Mandi → Aut → Banjar → Jibhi

Just before Aut Tunnel, the road turns right toward Banjar and gradually enters the valley.

Distance from Delhi

  • Approximately 460 km
  • Around 10-11 hours

The final section from Banjar to Jibhi passes through forests, streams, and mountain villages.

As of June 4, 2026, the road has been re-metalled up to Jibhi, but some patches remain broken because of previous landslides.

By Bus

Travelers can take buses toward Aut.

From there:

  • Shared taxis are available.
  • Private taxis offer the fastest option.

The nearest airport is Bhuntar Airport.
